What we'll do


Daily management of your property includes but is not limited to the following;


  • Accounts; receipting of rent, payment of invoices and rates notices, disbursements of rental funds twice monthly, end of financial year statements.

  • Maintenance; communication with owners and tenants on maintenance issues, arranging suitable trades, create a work order, payments.

  • Tenancy renewals; lease renewal or provision of notice to leave, negotiating rent increases, entry and exit reports, bond payments.

  • Routine inspections; visual inspections are conducted every 4 months throughout the tenancy to ensure your property is being cared for and to ensure there are no safety concerns
